7 to 9 Hours of Sleep
I think a lot about habits and just how people go about their day to day. I find it interesting. One thing I find interesting is the sleep requirement. According to the CDC, adults need 7 or more hours of sleep a night. I think 7 to 9 is the usual window and we typically think of 8 as the goal.
I wonder how many folks actually get that. I think I barely hit the minimum. I actually checked the Health app on my phone…and the average time asleep is 8 hours! That doesn’t pass the vibe check. I feel like I can tell when I get the proper amount of sleep and that is not most days. Looks like in the past month…it’s been 6.5 hours. Interesting.
